How long will my repair take?
We fix, while you wait: many repairs are done while you wait. Some faults can take longer, and we’ll tell you when you bring your device in.
What if you can’t fix my device?
No fix, no fee. If we can’t repair your device, you don’t pay.

Yes. We repair PCs, Macs and tablets as well as phones. Bring the device in or call us to describe the problem.
Can you help with IT problems, set-up or support?
Yes. Our IT services cover set-up, troubleshooting and support for homes and small businesses. Call or visit and tell us what’s going wrong.

How do I check if an item is in stock?
Our stock changes often. Search the Shop page for what you’re after, then call 07385 200005 or visit the shop and we’ll check it for you.
Do you do passport photos?
Yes, we offer passport photo printing in the shop.
Can I print, photocopy or scan documents?
Yes. We offer printing, photocopying and scanning in the shop.
Do you offer courier services?
Yes. We offer UPS and DHL courier services, with simple drop-off at our shop.

You can walk in during our opening hours. If you’d like to check we can help before you come, give us a call on 07385 200005.

We’re open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:30, and closed on Sundays.
